Proceeding with home delivery
If you would like to proceed with purchasing a bike, pay only the competitive Home Delivery Fee today, and pay the balance on delivery and inspection. (Payment on delivery only available in England, Scotland & Wales)
Delivery times
We typically aim to deliver your bike within 7 working days depending on time of year and your location.
Pre-delivery inspection
All bikes under go a 35 point inspection prior to delivery.
Delivery day
On the day of delivery we will contact you to advise when we are leaving with an estimated time of arrival.
Delivery, payment and handover
On delivery you will be able to inspect the bike and check over all the paper work to ensure that the bike is as described and that you are 100% happy.

We'll show you around your new bike, talk you through its features and answer any questions you have.

Once you are 100% satisfied we will ask you to settle the balance.
We will then inform DVLA that you are the new keeper and hand over the keys.
Deciding not to proceed with the purchase
If when your bike is delivered and inspected you are not 100% happy and wish not to proceed with your purchase, there will be nothing more to pay. We simply load the bike up and we will be on our way.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Aftercare and warranty
We are always here to help. All our quality used motorbikes are supplied with a 3 month (unless otherwise stated) parts and labour warranty, excluding recovery, from the date of sale. The remainder of any manufacturers warranty takes precedent over our warranty.

Q. What days do you deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week subject to availability.
Q. Do you provide delivery time frames?
Yes, we do. Once you pay the delivery fee, we’ll provide you with the scheduled delivery date for your motorbike. On the day of delivery, we’ll send you a text with an updated and more precise ETA as we’re en route. In case of delays due to traffic, roadworks, or other factors, we’ll promptly inform you if we anticipate being more than 30 minutes late.
Q. Is my bike safe during transportation?
Always. Your motorbike will be safely transported using wheel stands and padded tie straps.
Q. Is my bike insured during transportation?
100%. We are fully covered to transport motorbikes and would take full responsibility if any damage occurred to the motorbike during delivery.
Q. How do you calculate delivery prices?
Our prices are based on mileage, fuel costs and round trip times from London, E17 5DY
Q. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery starts from only £50 for London deliveries and increases in price the further we have to travel.

Q. Do I need to be there when the bike is delivered?
Yes. In order to complete the payment transaction and DVLA new owner registration, we would need the new owner to be present on delivery.
